Product Overview
74HC125PW-Q100J is a quad buffer/line driver with 3-state outputs controlled by the output enable inputs. A HIGH on n active-low OE causes the outputs to assume a high impedance OFF-state. Inputs include clamp diodes which enable the use of current limiting resistors to interface inputs to voltages in excess of VCC. This product has been qualified for the automotive electronics council (AEC) standard Q100 (Grade 1) and is suitable for use in automotive applications. It features ESD protection (MIL-STD-883, method 3015 exceeds 2000V, HBM JESD22-A114F exceeds 2000V, MM JESD22-A115-A exceeds 200V (C = 200pF, R = 0 ohm).

- Propagation delay is 30ns typical at (VCC = 2.0V, 25°C)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C, TSSOP14 package
