1PS79SB30,115 is a planar schottky barrier diode with an integrated guard ring for stress protection, encapsulated in a very small SOD523 (SC-79) Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) plastic package. Applications include ultra-high-speed switching, voltage clamping, and blocking diodes.
- Very low forward voltage, very low reverse current, guard ring protected
- Reverse voltage is 40V max
- Forward current is 200mA max
- Non-repetitive peak forward current is 1A max at tp = 8.3ms; half sine wave; Tj(init) = 25°C
- Ambient temperature range from -65 to 150°C
- Forward voltage is 220mV max at IF = 0.1mA; Tamb = 25°C
- Reverse current is 0.5µA max at VR = 25V; tp = 300µs; δ = 0.02; pulsed;Tamb = 25°C
