Product Overview
MYRGC075050R31RA is a “PicoBK™” MYRGC series synchronous buck step-down DC/DC converter with a built-in high-side/low-side driver transistor. The MYRGC has a fixed internal soft start time which is 1.0ms (TYP.), additionally the time can be extended by using an external resistor and capacitor. Typical applications include Hot water supply system, recorders, camcorders, refrigerators, air-conditioners and low power systems.
- Input voltage range: 3.0 to 18V (absolute max 20V)
- Output voltage range: 1.0 to 15V (FB voltage=0.75V±1.5%)
- Switching frequency: 1.2MHz
- Output current: 0.5A
- Soft-start time: adjustable by RC
- Protection circuits: over current protection, integral latch method and thermal shutdown
- Quiescent current: 17.5μA max
- Maximum duty cycle: 100%
- Efficiency: 82% typ
- 150°C typ thermal shutdown temperature, 4.3μH inductance at TestFreq.=1MHz
