Product Description
Texas Instruments’ MSP-EXP430FR5969 LaunchPad development kit is an easy-to-use Evaluation Module for the MSP430FR5969 microcontroller, with everything you need to start developing on MSP430’s ULP FRAM platform, including on-board emulation for programming, debugging and Energy Measurements.
The on-board buttons and LEDs enable quick integration of a simple user interface, while a SuperCap allows standalone applications without external power supply.
The FR5969 LaunchPad is now enabled with EnergyTrace++™ technology for measuring MCU current, while tracking both CPU and peripheral states, bringing optimisation for ultra-low-power applications to a whole new level.
The 20-pin headers and wide range of BoosterPack plug-in modules enabling technologies such as wireless connectivity, graphical displays, environmental sensing, and much more make rapid prototyping a doddle. The out-of-box experience provided with the MSP-EXP430FR5969 includes the 430BOOST-SHARP96 Dot Matrix Memory LCD BoosterPack on the TI eStore. Free software development tools are also available, such as TI’s Eclipse-based Code Composer Studio and IAR Embedded Workbench.
