- Greater than 80% light-load efficiency
- 100% duty cycle in dropout
- 25mohm and 12mohm internal power MOSFET
- External mode control (PWM.PFM) and dynamic analogue voltage
- EN and PG for power sequencing
- Cycle-by-cycle over-current protection(OCP)
- 1.5ms internal soft-start time with prebiased start-up
- Short-circuit protection (SCP) with hiccup mode and thermal shutdown
- Stable with low ESR output ceramic capacitors
