- Low 40mohm/18mohm RDS(ON) of internal power MOSFETs
- Excellent load and line regulation over a wide input supply range
- Frequency SYNC from 300KHz to 2MHz external clock
- Low power mode selectable by an external signal
- External soft-start, pre-bias start-up
- Current mode operation provides fast transient response and eases loop stabilization
- Full protection features include overcurrent protection (OCP) and thermal shutdown (TSD)
