Product Overview
The PIC18F252-I/SO is a high-performance Enhanced Flash Microcontroller with 5 channels of 10-bit Analogue-to-digital (A/D) converter. The PIC18F252 features a C compiler friendly development environment, 256 bytes of EEPROM, self-programming, an ICD, 2 capture/compare/PWM functions, the synchronous serial port can be configured as either 3-wire Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI™) or the 2-wire Inter-Integrated Circuit (I²C™) bus and Addressable Universal Asynchronous Receiver Transmitter (AUSART). All of these features make it ideal for manufacturing equipment, data acquisition, power conditioning and environmental monitoring.

- Peripheral - 3 external interrupt pins, master synchronous serial port (MSSP) module
- Analogue - Programmable low voltage detection (PLVD) and programmable brown-out reset (BOR)

- Watchdog timer (WDT) with its own on-chip RC oscillator for reliable operation
