Product Overview
MPF300T-1FCG484E is a PolarFire® non-volatile FPGA device. It is built on state-of the-art 28nm non-volatile process technology. Cost-optimized PolarFire FPGA deliver the lowest power at mid-range densities. It includes cost-optimized core devices for applications that don’t require high-speed serial transceivers. It offers fast I/O and configuration flexibility to meet diverse performance, power, and cost requirements. The device is ideal for a wide range of applications within wireline access networks and cellular infrastructure, defence and commercial aviation markets, as well as industrial automation and IoT markets.
- 64 × 12 two-port μRAM block implemented as an array of latches
- 18×18 math block with a pre-adder, a 48bit accumulator, and an optional 16 deep x 18 coefficient ROM
- Built-in μPROM, modifiable at program time, readable at run time for user data storage
- Integrated dual PCIe for up to ×4 Gen2 endpoint (EP) and root port (RP) designs
- Low-power phase-locked loops (PLLs) and delay-locked loops (DLLs) for high precision and low jitter
- Cryptography Research Incorporated (CRI)-patented differential power analysis (DPA) bitstream
- 300 K logic elements (4 LUT + DFF), 924 math blocks (18 x 18 MACC)
- 952 LSRAM blocks (20kbit), 2772 μSRAM blocks (64 x 12)
