Product Overview
MIC5205-3.2YM5-TR is a low-noise LDO regulator. It is an efficient linear voltage regulator with ultra low-noise output, very low dropout voltage. This regulator is designed for hand-held, battery-powered devices. It includes a CMOS or TTL compatible enable/shutdown control input. When shutdown, power consumption drops nearly to zero. The regulator ground current increases slightly in dropout, further prolonging battery life. This regulator is widely used in application such as cellular telephones, laptop, notebook, and palmtop computers, battery-powered equipment, PCMCIA VCC and VPP regulation/switching, consumer/personal electronics, SMPS post-regulator and DC/DC modules, high-efficiency linear power supplies etc.
