- Single I2C™ potentiometer to GND with I2C interface and volatile memory in SC70 package
- 10Kohm resistance
- 75ohm wiper resistance (typical), VDD operating range from 1.8V to 5.5V
- Zero scale to full scale wiper operation, power-on default wiper setting (mid-scale)
- Ratiometric (potentiometer) is 10ppm typical low tempco
- Simple I2C protocol with read and write commands, brown-out reset protection
- Supply voltage range from 2.7 to 5.5VAC, 1.8 to 5.5VDC (TA = +25°C)
- Resolution is 128Taps typ (VDD = 5.5V, TA = +25°C)
- Bandwidth -3dB is 1MHz typ ( 10Kohm, code = 3Fh, VDD = 5.5V, TA = +25°C)
- 6 pin SC-70 package, extended operating temperature range from -40 to 125°C
