Product Overview
The MCP1711T-18I/5X is a highly accurate capacitorless CMOS low dropout (LDO) voltage regulator with fixed output in 4 pin UQFN package. The LDO output is stable without the need of capacitors due to excellent internal phase compensation. The output capacitor should be added for enhanced performance and better transient responses. It is compatible with low ESR ceramic output capacitors. The MCP1711 has true current foldback feature for added protection when load decreases beyond load rating of MCP1711 regulator. Overcurrent limit and short circuit protection embedded into the device provide a robust solution for any application.

- Ultra low quiescent current of 600nA
