Product Overview
HV2607T-C/R8X is a no high-voltage bias, low harmonic distortion, 16-channel, high-voltage analogue switch. It is a low harmonic distortion, low charge injection, 16-channel, high voltage analogue switch without high-voltage supplies. This is intended for use in applications requiring high-voltage switching controlled by low-voltage control signals, such as medical ultrasound imaging, driving piezoelectric transducers, and printers. Applications include medical ultrasound imaging, non-destructive testing (NDT) metal flaw detection, piezoelectric transducer drivers, inkjet printer head, optical MEMS module.
- Analog signal voltage up to ±100V, only +5V bias supply required
- 3.3V and 5V CMOS input logic level, 66MHz data shift clock frequency
- Ultra-low quiescent current is <10µA, low parasitic capacitance
- Low harmonic distortion, DC to 100MHz analogue small signal frequency
- Excellent noise immunity, cascadable serial data register with latches
- Small signal switch on-resistance is 14ohm typ at ISIG=5mA, VLL=+5V, VDD=+5V, VSS=NC, TA=+25°C
- Quiescent VDD supply current is 10μA max at all switches off, VLL=+5V, VDD=+5V, VSS=NC, TA=+25°C
- Switch crosstalk is -70dB typ at f=5.0MHz, 50 ohm load, VLL=+5V, VDD=+5V, VSS=NC, TA=+25°C
- 48-lead LQFP package
- Operating temperature range from 0 to +70°C
