SMART ARM-based flash MCU is based on the high-performance 32bit ARM® Cortex®-M4 RISC processor and includes a floating point unit (FPU).
- ARM Cortex-M4 with 2Kbytes Cache running at up to 120MHz
- Memory Protection Unit (MPU) and DSP instruction
- Floating Point Unit (FPU) and Thumb®-2 instruction set
- Power-on-Reset (POR), Brown-out Detector (BOD) and dual watchdog for safe operation
- Slow clock internal RC oscillator as permanent low-power mode device clock
- Temperature sensor and one 4-channel DMA controller
- Low-power modes (sleep, wait and backup modes)
- High-speed multimedia card interface (SDIO/SD Card/MMC)
- Real-time event management
- AES 256-bit Key Algorithm compliant with FIPS Publication 197
