The AT89C51CC01UA-RLTUM is a CANary™ 8-bit Microcontroller dedicated to CAN network applications. In X2 mode a maximum external clock rate of 20MHz reaches a 300ns cycle time. Besides the full CAN controller T89C51CC01 provides 32kB of flash memory including In-system-programming (ISP), 2kB boot flash memory, 2kB EEPROM and 1.2kB RAM.
