Product Overview
The MAX818LESA+ is a +5V microprocessor supervisory circuits in 8 pin NSOIC package. This microprocessor (µP) supervisory circuit simplify power-supply monitoring, battery control and chip-enable gating in µP systems by reducing the number of components required. It is specifically designed to ignore fast transients on VCC and for use in +5V powered systems. The Low supply current of 11µA (typical) and small package size makes device ideal for embedded controllers, intelligent instruments and critical µP monitoring.

- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
- Precision supply voltage monitor is 4.65V
- Reset time delay is 200ms, reset threshold voltage is 4.65V
- Battery backup power switching, battery voltage can exceed VCC
- Battery freshness seal
- On-board, 3ns gating of chip-enable signals
- Active-low reset
- Watchdog timer with 1.6sec timeout
- Power-fail comparator
