Product Overview
The MAX6709BUB+ is a low voltage, high accuracy, quad voltage monitor in 10 pin µMAX package. It is mainly designed for multivoltage systems. The quad voltage monitors provide accurate monitoring of four supplies without any external components. The quad voltage monitor includes an accurate reference, four precision comparators and a series of internally trimmed resistor-divider networks. The high input impedance comparator option can be used as adjustable voltage monitor, general purpose comparator or digital-level translator. The MAX6709 provides four independent open-drain outputs with 10μA internal pull-up to VCC.

- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
- Monitors three fixed 5V, 3.3V, 2.5V and an adjustable voltage
- Supply tolerance is 5%
- Adjustable voltage threshold monitors down to 0.62V
- High accuracy of ±2.0% adjustable threshold inputs
- Supply current is 35μA
- Immune to supply transients
