Product Overview
The MAX6034AEXR33+T is a precision, low dropout, micropower voltage reference in 3 pin SC-70 package. This voltage reference has a temperature coefficient curvature correction circuit and laser trimmed thin film resistors that result in a low temperature coefficient of 7ppm/°C and initial accuracy of ±0.20%. Unlike conventional shunt mode (two terminal) references that waste supply current and require an external resistor, this device offers supply current that is virtually independent of supply voltage (16µA/V, max variation) and does not require an external resistor. This internally compensated device does not require an external compensation capacitor but is stable with up to 1µF of load capacitance. Eliminating the external compensation capacitor saves valuable board space in space critical applications. The low dropout voltage and supply independent, ultra low supply current make it ideal for battery powered applications.

- No output capacitor needed
- Maximum dropout voltage is 200mV at 1mA load current
