Product Overview
The MAX5404EUB+ is a dual, 256-tap, low-drift digital potentiometer in 10 pin µMAX package. This device has one 3-terminal potentiometer and one 2-terminal variable resistor operates from a single power supply voltage. It provides glitchless switching between resistors taps as well as a convenient power-on reset (POR) that sets the wiper to the midscale position at power-up. The potentiometer is ideally used in adjustable-gain circuit configurations, low temperature-coefficient variable resistors, low-drift programmable gain amplifier, impedance matching and volume control applications.
- Supply voltage range is 2.7V to 5.5V
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
- 3-Wire SPI compatible interface
- Ultra-low supply current of 0.1µA
- Volatile wiper memory
- End to end resistance is 50Kohm at ±25% tolerance and temperature coefficient is 35ppm/°C
- Ratiometric temperature coefficient is 5ppm/°C
