Product Overview
The MAX4581LESE+ is a low voltage CMOS 8 channel analogue multiplexer in 16 pin NSOIC package. This device can handle rail to rail analogue signals. All digital inputs have 0.8V to 2V logic thresholds to ensure TTL/CMOS logic compatibility when using +12V supply. It is used in data acquisition systems and DSL modems. The device is in compatible with industry standard 74HC4051/74HC4052/74HC4053 and MAX4051/MAX4052/MAX4053 devices.

- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
- High off isolation of -90dB
- Maximum switch on-resistance of 80 ohm at TA = 25°C
- Maximum switch on-resistance match between channels is 4ohm at TA=+25°C
- Low off leakage current of 2nA at TA = 25°C
- Maximum switch on-resistance flatness is 12 ohm at TA = 25°C
- Low on-leakage current of 2nA at TA= 25°C
- 3V logic compatible inputs (VIH = 2V, VIL = 0.8V)
