Product Overview
The MAX4521ESE+ is a quad, low voltage, SPST analogue switch in 16 pin NSOIC package. The on-resistance (200 ohm maximum with single +5V supply at TA = +25°C) is matched between switches to 8ohm maximum (single +5V supply at TA = +25°C) and is flat (12ohm maximum with dual supply at TA = +25°C) over the specified signal range. Each switch can handle rail to rail analogue signals. The off leakage current is only 1nA at +25°C and 10nA at +85°C. This CMOS switch can operate with dual power supplies ranging from ±2V to ±6V or a single supply between +2V and +12V. It is fully specified for single +2.7V operation. All digital inputs have +0.8V and +2.4V logic thresholds ensuring TTL/CMOS logic compatibility when using ±5V or a single +5V supply. Typical applications include battery operated equipments, data acquisition, test equipment and audio signal routing.
