Product Overview
The MAX4052ACPE+ is a low voltage, CMOS two 4 channel analogue multiplexer in 16 pin DIP package. This device is fully characterized for on-resistance match, on-resistance flatness and low leakage. This CMOS devices can operate continuously with dual power supplies ranging from ±2.7V to ±8V or a single supply between +2.7V and +16V. All digital inputs have 0.8V to 2.4V logic thresholds, ensuring TTL/CMOS logic compatibility when using ±5V or a single +5V supply. It is pin compatible with industry standard 74HC4052 devices. The on-resistance match between channels is 6ohm and on-resistance flatness is 10 ohm at TA = +25°C with dual supplies. This device is used in low voltage data acquisition systems, battery operated equipment, audio and video signal routing, communications circuits.

- Maximum COM off-leakage current of 1nA at TA = 25°C (V+ = 5.5V, VNO = 4.5V, VCOM = 0V)
- Maximum COM on-leakage current of 1nA at TA = 25°C (V+ = 5.5V, VCOM = VNO = 4.5V)
- Low distortion is less than 0.04% (600 ohm)
- Low crosstalk is less than -90dB (50 ohm) at single +5V supply
- High off isolation is less than -90dB (50 ohm) at single +5V supply
- Charge injection is 2pC at single +5V supply
- Break before make delay is 30ns (single +5V supply)
