Product Overview
The MAX4030EESA+ is a low cost, 144MHz, dual operational amplifier (op amp) with ±15KV ESD protection in 8 pin NSOIC package. This unity gain stable op-amp combines high speed performance, rail to rail outputs and ±15KV ESD protection. It is targeted for applications where an input or an output is exposed to the outside world such as video and communications. The MAX4030 is compliant with international ESD standards (±15KV IEC 1000-4-2 air gap discharge, ±8KV IEC 1000-4-2 contact discharge and ±15KV human body model). The device operates from a single 5V supply and consumes only 12mA of quiescent supply current per amplifier while achieving 144MHz -3dB bandwidth, 20MHz 0.1dB gain flatness and 115V/μs slew rate. It is used in standard definition television (SDTV), enhanced television (ETV) and high definition television (HDTV).

- CMRR of 70dB (GND ≤ VCM ≤ VCC - 2.25V) and PSRR of 60dB (4.5V ≤ VCC ≤ 5.5V)
- Input common mode range extends to ground
- 2VP-P large signal -3dB bandwidth of greater than 50MHz
- Directly drives 150 ohm loads and slew rate of 115V/μs
- Low differential drain/phase of 0.2%/0.2°
- Shutdown current (per amplifier) of 0.1μA
- Input offset voltage of 5mV at TA = +25°C
- Input bias current of 0.01μA and input offset current of 0.01μA
