Product Overview
The MAX337EAI+ is a dual 8-channel, low leakage, CMOS analogue multiplexer in 28 pin SSOP package. This monolithic CMOS analogue multiplexer is designed to connect one of 8 inputs to a common output by control of a 3bit binary address. It can be used as either a mux or a demux and offers electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection greater than 2000V, per method 3015.7.
- Supply voltage range is 4.5V to 30V, ±4.5V to ±20V
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
- Maximum RON is 700 ohms at TA = +25°C (single supply)
- Maximum transition time is 600ns at TA = +25°C (single supply)
- Maximum on-resistance matching is 10 ohm at TA = +25°C (dual supply)
- Maximum no-off leakage current is 20pA at TA = +25°C (dual supply)
- Charge injection of 3.5pC (typ)
- Plug-in upgrade for industry standard DG507
- Bidirectional rail to rail signal handling
- TTL/CMOS logic compatible
