Product Overview
The DG409CY+ is an improved, dual 4-channel CMOS analogue multiplexer in 16 pin NSOIC package. This low on-resistance multiplexer conducts equally well in either direction and provides maximum low charge injection of 15pC.This device can also be used as demultiplexer and offers low input off leakage current of less than 5nA at 85°C. ESD protection is greater than 2000V per method 3015.7 of MIL-STD-883 standard. This dual 4-channel multiplexer/demultiplexers are used in sample and hold circuits, test equipment, data acquisition systems, guidance and control systems.

- Digital input are TTL/CMOS compatible
- Maximum drain to source on-resistance is 175ohm at TA = +25°C (single supply)
- Off isolation of -75dB at TA = +25°C (dual supply)
- Maximum on-resistance flatness over the specified signal range is 9ohm at TA = +25°C (dual supply)
- Maximum on-resistance matching between channels is 8ohm at TA = +25°C (dual supply)
- Crosstalk between input channels is -92dB at TA = +25°C (dual supply)
