DG408DY+

DG408DY+ is an improved, 8-channel, CMOS analogue multiplexer. ESD protection is guaranteed to be greater than 2000V per Method 3015.7 of MIL-STD-883. This improved mux is a pin-compatible plug-in upgrade for the industry standard DG408 and DG409. Typical applications include sample-and-hold circuits, test equipment, guidance and control systems, communications systems, data-acquisition systems, and audio signal routing.

• Digital input controls TTL/CMOS compatible
• On-resistance matching between channels is 8ohm max at TA=+25°C, IS=-1.0mA, VD=±10V
• On-resistance flatness is 9ohm max at TA=+25°C, IS=-1.0mA, VD=±5V or 0V
• Charge Injection is 15pC max at TA=+25°C, CL=1.0nF, VS=0V, RS=0 ohm
• Source-off leakage current is 5nA max at TA=TMIN to TMAX, VD=+10V, VS=±10V, VEN=0V
• Low power consumption, 1.25mW max
• Power-supply range from ±5 to ±20V
• 16 narrow SO package
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C
