Product Overview
Ideal for beginners and classroom coding projects, the STOP:bit is a purpose built and pre-assembled traffic light project for the micro:bit. Using the micro:bit as the control box you can create a simple and effective pedestrian crossing without any soldering or fiddly connections.
- Uses 3x 10mm LEDs on the P0, P1 and P2 IO pins
- micro:bit can be attached directly (via included screws)
- Custom MakeCode blocks are available for easy coding, making it suitable for younger students
- Power to the LED is supplied from the micro:bit connections
- Multiple kits can be combined and coordinated with the micro:bits radio module for larger projects
- Snap off base section forms a stable cross stand
- Traffic light stands at 120mm high, PCB thickness is 1.6mm
