The KPT-1608EC from Kingbright is a surface mount high efficiency red colour rectangular chip LED. The device is made of gallium arsenide phosphide on gallium phosphide orange light emitting diode which can operate with wide viewing angle and low power consumption.
- Standard size of 1.6mm x 0.8mm SMT LED, 0.75mm thickness
- Luminous intensity of 8mcd at 20mA
- Viewing angle is 120°
- Forward voltage is 2V
- Forward current (If) is 20mA
- Dominant wavelength is 617nm at IF=20mA
- Peak wavelength is 627nm at IF=20mA
- Water clear lens type
