- Ultra thin chip LED - just 0.2mm thick
- Dominant wavelength is 624nm (typ) at IF = 20mA
- Wide viewing angle is 120°
- Maximum forward voltage is 2.4V at IF = 20mA
- Maximum reverse current is 10µA at VR = 5V
- 1.6mm x 0.8mm SMD LED, 0.2mm thickness
- Low power consumption
- Ideal for backlight and indicator
- Compatible with automatic placement equipment
- Power dissipation is 60mW, operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C
- AlGaInP material on GaAs substrate, water clear lens type
