Product Overview
The N2140A from Keysight Technologies is a 1:1, 10:1 switchable 200MHz passive probe. The passive probe is a high impedance probe with switchable attenuation ratio (1:1 and 10:1). Compatible with the Keysight InfiniiVision DSOX1102A and DSOX1102G digital storage oscilloscope. The probe has been designed and calibrated for use with instruments having an input impedance of 1Mohm paralleled by 20pF. However, this may be recalibrated for use with instruments having an input capacitance of 15 to 40pF.
- Input capacitance for 1:1 is 100pf, 10:1 is 15pf
- Maximum input voltage 1:1 is 150Vrms CAT II, 10:1 is 300Vrms CAT II
- Current rating is 0.15mA
- Input resistance 1:1 is 1Mohm, 10:1 is 10Mohm
- Probe body is 95mm, cable length is 1200mm
- Weight is 55g
- Operating temperature range from -10°C to +55°C
