Product Overview
The T428 series commercial off-the-shelf SMD Tantalum Capacitor is developed to provide the volumetric efficiency of a conformally coated capacitor in a pick-and-place friendly moulded package. The planarity of the moulded package eliminates the drops associated with the conformally coated devices. This new package design offers the highest CV/cc of any moulded lead frame product. In addition to that facedown construction offers higher power ratings per cc.
