The ISL88001IE31Z-T7A is an ultra low power voltage supervisor in 3 pin SC-70 package. This supervisor is extremely low power 160nA voltage supervisor that help to monitors the power supply voltages in a wide variety of applications. The reset threshold voltage is accurate to within ±1.2% and the reset signal is valid down to 1V. Active high and active low reset outputs are available in push-pull and open drain configurations.
