The XMC4400-F64F512 AB is a 32-bit Microcontroller based on the ARM Cortex-M4 processor core with a built-in DSP instruction set. The single-precision floating-point unit, Direct memory access (DMA) feature and Memory protection unit (MPU) are state-of-the-art for all devices, even the smallest XMC4000 runs with up to 80MHz in core and peripherals. They come with a comprehensive set of common, fast and precise analog/ mixed signal, timer/PWM and communication peripherals.
