IRS2336DMTRPBF

The IRS2336DMTRPBF from Infineon is a high voltage 3-phase gate driver in 48 pin MLPQ package. It is a high voltage, high speed, power MOSFET and IGBT gate driver with three high-side and three low-side referenced output channels for 3-phase applications (drives up to six IGBT/MOSFET power devices). This IC is designed to be used with low-cost bootstrap power supplies. The bootstrap diode functionality has been integrated into this device to reduce component count and PCB size. Proprietary HVIC and latch immune CMOS technologies have been implemented in a rugged monolithic structure. Typically used at appliance motor drives, servo drives, micro inverter drives and general purpose three phase inverters.
