The ICL8001G is a 1-stage Flyback and PFC Controller employs quasi-resonant operation mode optimized for offline LED lighting, especially dimmable LED bulbs for incandescent lamp replacement. Precise PWM generation enables primary control for phase cut dimming and high power factor PF<gt/>98%. Significant improved driver efficiency, up to 90%, compared to other conventional solutions. The product has a wide operation range (up to 26V) of IC voltage supply and lower power consumption. Multiple safety functions ensure a full system protection in failure situations.
