IAUC90N10S5N062ATMA1 is an OptiMOS™-5 power MOSFET for automotive applications. Typical applications are diesel direct injection, domain controller for ADAS and autonomous driving, high-voltage DC-DC converter for electric vehicles, multi-purpose camera, space applications.
- N-channel - enhancement mode - normal level
- AEC Q101 qualified, 100% avalanche tested
- Enhanced testing, advanced adhesion against delamination
- Complementary testing for board level reliability
- Feasible for automatic optical inspection (AOI)
- PG-TDSON-8 package
- Continuous drain current is 90A at TC=25°C, VGS=10V, Tj=25°C
- Drain-source breakdown voltage is 100V at VGS=0V, ID= 1mA, Tj=25°C
