The CP464-030-030-04-S-2 is a 30 x 30 x 16mm low profile high performance Multi-fin Heat Sink made of aluminium with black anodized finish with skimmed flat rear surface. This corrugated design low weight heat sink is attached to the recommended devices by means of self-adhesive thermally conductive sheet. This CP series heat sink is suitable for other cooling applications like microprocessors, DuraTEC™ thermoelectric modules and miniature DC fans available separately.
