Product Overview
ZXRE125CFTA is a micropower 1.22V voltage reference. It is a bandgap circuit designed to achieve a precision micropower voltage reference of 1.22 volts. The device is available in the small outline SOT23 surface mount package which is ideal for applications where space saving is important. SOT23 tolerance is available at 0.5% for precision applications. The device has been designed to be highly tolerant of capacitive loads so maintaining excellent stability. Typical applications include battery powered equipment, precision power supplies, portable instrumentation, portable communication devices, data acquisition systems.

- 4μA knee current
- 20ppm/°C typical temperature coefficient
- Unconditionally stable
- Recommended operating current is 20mA max at Tamb=25°C
- Reverse breakdown change with current voltage is 1mV max at IR=30μA to 1mA
- Reverse dynamic impedance is 0.2ohm typ at IR=1mA, f=100Hz, IAC=0.1IR
- Wideband noise is 60µV(rms) typ at IR=8µA to 100µA, f=10Hz to 10kHz
- Green moulding compound (No Br, Sb)
- 330mW power dissipation (TAMB=25°C)
