Product Overview
The ZHCS2000 is a surface mount Schottky Barrier Diode encapsulated in a moulded plastic case. It has matte tin (lead-free plating) annealed over alloy 42 lead frame terminals. It featuring low forward voltage drop suitable for high frequency rectification and reverse voltage protection. It is used in Mobile Telecommunication and DC-DC converters.
