SBR12A45SD1-T is a SBR® super barrier rectifier.
- Designed as bypass diodes for solar panels
- Selectively rated for +200°C maximum junction temperature for high thermal reliability
- Patented super barrier rectifier technology
- High forward surge capability, ultra low forward voltage drop
- Excellent high temperature stability
- RMS reverse voltage is 32V at TA = +25°C
- Average rectified output current is 12A at TA = +25°C
- Forward voltage drop is 0.43V typ at IF = 12A, TJ = +25°C
- DO-201AD case
- Operating temperature range from -65 to +150°C (VR ≤ 80% VRRM)
