- Low power loss, high efficiency
- Patented interlocking clip design for high surge current capacity
- Reverse breakdown voltage is 150V min at IR=2µA, TA=+25°C
- Forward voltage is 0.82V max at IF=1.0A, TA=+25°C
- Leakage current is 2µA max at VR=150V, TA=+25°C
- Total capacitance is 28pF typ at VR=5V DC, f=1MHz, TA=+25°C
- PowerDI123 package
- Operating and storage temperature range from -55 to +175°C
