B340AE-13 is a schottky barrier rectifier. It provides low VF and excellent reverse leakage stability at high temperatures. This device is ideal for use in general rectification applications such as boost diode, blocking diode, and recirculating diode.
- Reduced low forward voltage drop (VF); better efficiency and cooler operation
- Reduced high-temperature reverse leakage
- Increased reliability against thermal runaway failure in high temperature operation
- Average rectified output current is 3A at TA = +25°C
- Forward voltage drop is 0.45V typ at IF = 3A, TJ = +25°C
- Leakage current is 0.20mA max at VR = 40V, TJ = +25°C
- Typical capacitance is 140pF typ at VR = 4.0V, f = 1MHz, TA = +25°C
- SMA package
- Operating and storage temperature range from -55 to +150°C
