The B320A-13-F is a surface-mount Schottky Barrier Rectifier with moulded plastic case and solderable lead free matte tin-finish terminals as per MIL-STD-202 standard. It is suitable for use in low voltage, high frequency inverters, free-wheeling, DC-DC converters and polarity protection applications.
