The IRGP20B120UD-EP is an Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor with ultrafast soft recovery diode. It features ultrafast non-punch through (NPT) technology and excellent current sharing in parallel operation. It is optimized for welding, UPS and induction heating applications.
