Product Overview
The ACNW3410 contains an LED, which is optically coupled to an integrated circuit with a power output stage. This optocoupler is ideally suited for driving IGBTs and power MOSFETs used in motor control inverter applications. The 100kV/μs noise immunity prevent erroneous drive in noisy industrial environment. The voltage and high peak output current supplied by this optocoupler make it ideally suited for driving IGBT directly. The ACNW3410 has the highest insulation voltage of Viorm= 1414 Vpeak in the IEC/ EN/DIN EN 60747-5-5.
