The CD1607-B140LF is a surface-mount Schottky Barrier Rectifier Chip Diode for rectification applications. It offers a forward current of 1A with a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 40V. This Bourns® chip diode conforms to JEDEC standards, easy to handle on standard pick and place equipment and their flat configuration makes roll away much more difficult. It is encapsulated in a compact chip package (Mini-SMA), which offer PCB real estate savings and are considerably smaller than competitive parts.
