- Compensated digital output (I2C), ultra-low pressure sensing
- For use in clean, dry air and non-corrosive gas environments
- Digital I²C output, 13bit effective ADC resolution
- 8.5ms typical digital update time
- Accuracy is ±0.25%FS at 25°C
- Supply voltage range from 3V to 3.6V, supply current is 3.5mA max at 3.3V
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C
