The AVX TAJ series capacitors are general purpose, low profile polarized tantalum chip capacitors. The capacitance value ranges from 0.10μF to 1000μF. The low profile TAJ capacitors are designed for applications where maximum height of components above or below board, are of prime consideration.
- EIA 1206, 1210, 2312, 2917, 2924 case sizes available
- Rated voltage range of 2.5VDC to 50VDC
- Available in ±10% and ±20% tolerance
- Operating temperature range of -55°C to 125°C
