The 0402ZD105KAT2A is a Multilayer Ceramic Capacitor with Ni/Sn-plated termination, X5R dielectric and 0402 case. A multilayer ceramic (MLC) capacitor is a monolithic block of ceramic containing two sets of offset, interleaved planar electrodes that extend to two opposite surfaces of the ceramic dielectric. Suitable for decoupling and filtering applications.
- EIA Class II dielectric
- EIA 0101, 0201, 0402, 0603, 0805, 1206, 1210, 1812 case sizes available
- Rated DC voltage of 4V, 6.3V, 10V, 16V, 25V, 35V, 50V, 100V
- ±10% and ±20% tolerance
- Nickel (Ni) and tin (Sn) plated terminations
- Load life of 1000h at 85˚C
- Operating temperature range from -55˚C to 85˚C
