MAX8840ELT30+T

The MAX8840ELT30+T is an ultra low noise, high PSRR, low dropout, 150mA linear regulator in 6 pin µDFN package. This regulator is designed to deliver up to 150mA continuous output current. It achieves a low 120mV dropout for 120mA load current. It uses an advanced architecture to achieve ultra-low output voltage noise of 11µVRMS and PSRR of 54dB at 100KHz. This low quiescent current linear regulator is designed for space restricted applications. Device is available with preset output voltages ranging from 1.5V to 4.5V. It is used in cellular and cordless phones, PDA and palmtop computers, base stations, Bluetooth portable radios and accessories, wireless LANs, digital cameras, personal stereos and portable and battery-powered equipment.
