Product Overview
The MAX6071AAUT12+T is a low noise, high precision series voltage reference with 1.25V output voltage in 6 pin SOT-23 package. This device consumes 130μA (TA = 25°C) of supply current and can sink and source up to 10mA of load current. The low drift, low noise and stable performance over temperature and time improve system accuracy. This device is used in precision instrumentation, precision current sources, high resolution ADCs and DACs.
